UDM had no existing ERP system and a complex set of paper-based and Excel-driven workflows. With limited internal digital capacity, unclear process maps, and tight delivery expectations, they needed a partner who could manage both the technical delivery and change management, without slowing operations.

We structured an 8-week delivery roadmap across 2-week agile sprints. Core modules for manufacturing, inventory, and sales were rapidly configured in Odoo. Our team conducted process workshops, handled data migration into AWS PostgreSQL, and created a client portal to simplify order flows. Training and documentation were prioritized to ensure complete handover and adoption.
